Hi, my name is Sonya.
I live and work in Moscow, and I have a favorite hobby - collecting stories. Since I was a child I've been creating my own worlds with pencils and paint. After seven years at art school I decided to bring my ideas from paper to the screen.

So, in 2021, I entered the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) in the multimedia directing program.
During my studies, my film «In My City, the Sea is Not Heard» became the winner of the «Saint Anna» festival. I made the film in collaboration with Roscosmos, and also received a grant from the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation for the production of the short film «Witness».

This year, I graduated from the institute, and now I am open to new and interesting creative and commercial projects!
